- Monitor, control and manage HR operations to meet staff expectations and GAC goals.
- Liaise between staff and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Gov payment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
- Identify problems in HR operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel - Access(preferred).
· Time management skills.

Qualifications, Technical Skills& Professional Experience
1. Bachelor or Master Degree from prestigious universities.
2. Major; Accounting or BA or HR
3. Minimum Cumulative GPA is 3 on scale of 4.
4. Proficient English language skills.
5. HR Operation Experience 3+ years. (Payroll, Leaves, Labor Law, End of Services, HR Admin..etc)
