The Business Enablement and Follow-up Senior Specialist is responsible for organizing and managing meetings and events, which includes preparing agendas, sending invitations, taking meeting minutes, and providing logistical support in coordination with the CEO’s Office Manager. Additionally, this role involves following up on the implementation of decisions and recommendations, as well as coordinating efforts between internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

Policies, Procedures, and Processes

  • Accurately implement and comply with the approved policies, processes, and procedures of the authority.
  • Identify complex problems and escalate them when necessary to ensure proper resolution.

Executive Operations and Events

  • Prioritize meeting requests and assist in preparing and managing the agenda in coordination with the CEO's office manager.
  • Collect topics and important areas for meetings that need to be discussed with the CEO.
  • Prepare a list of attendees and send invitations and meeting agendas to them in coordination with the CEO's office manager.
  • Provide the necessary logistical support for meeting rooms, including arranging required equipment and tools, ensuring the availability of materials such as documents and presentations, and ensuring the rooms are set up according to the specific needs of different events.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, including key discussion points, decisions, and next steps, in coordination with the CEO's office manager.
  • Support the requests for speech development from the CEO and contribute to preparing content for them in coordination with the CEO's office manager.

Follow-up Management

  • Follow up on the implementation of key decisions, recommendations, and tasks issued by the CEO to the authority's departments and provide feedback to the direct manager.
  • Enter tasks assigned to the relevant department into the business tracking system/follow-up reports, detailing relevant information (task subject, start date, task status, delivery date, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external entities to align efforts and accomplish tasks according to the work plan.
  • Prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports on deviations from the scope of work or delays in the timeline, participate in meetings to record minutes, and contribute to developing and improving work solutions for obstacles encountered.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly follow-up summaries and provide progress updates.
  • Identify encountered risks and report observations to the direct manager.

المؤهلات العلمية

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
