E-Services& Application – Unit Head

1. Participate in developing the digital transformation plan in the authority
2. Prepare, review and develop e-services policies and procedures and managing digital content
3. Determine the requirements for electronic services based on the needs of departments
4. Project management and initiatives for developing applications and electronic services
5. Development and management of the GAC's internal and external websites
6. Develop and improve the internal electronic systems of GAC

 Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science, information system or related fields.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
3. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
4. Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
6. Proficiency-Level of English skills.
7. Multi-tasking capability.
