1- Listing the enterprises according to their risk severity by cooperating with the relevant internal departments, identifying high-competitive and low-competitive sectors, and assessing these enterprises knowledge of the Competition Law and the risks of violating this Law.
2- Identifying a mechanism for ensuring the enterprises’ compliance with the Competition Law by organizing workshops and seminars, inviting the Sectors that are at a high-risk of violating the Competition Law or those highly influential in the relevant sector and the market as a whole, urging enterprises to drafting Compliance Manuals on the Competition Law, or updating their existing Compliance Manuals, and introducing them to the risks of violating the Law.
3- Assessing the Market after the initiatives implementation, promoting Competition, reporting on the enterprises’ compliance with the Competition Law, identifying the enterprises that have not changed their status and providing support programs to promote the culture of competition and compliance with the Law.
4- Contributing to developing and updating the Compliance Guide in GAC and in accordance with the Competition Law.
5- Executing the detailed operations according to the policies and procedures of GAC.
6- Contributing to updating the training content in accordance with the domestic and international practices to facilitate the beneficiaries’ receipt of the Competition Law prohibitions.
7- Contributing to identifying the continuous improvement opportunities for systems, operations and practices and taking into consideration the leading practices, improvement areas of work procedures, reducing costs and improving productivity.
Bachelor Degree in Islamic Law (Sharia) or Law (as a minimum degree)
4 years of experience in Legal business.
