Organizational Performance Unit Head

Job Description

  • Develop and implement organizational performance management framework and develop unified templates
  • Perform periodic review for department KPIs and initiatives with corporate strategy
  • Coordinate with department heads to define detailed KPI cards
  • Collect all performance targets from departments and consolidate in annual performance plans
  • Regularly follow-up with all departments on the status of their performance vs. defined targets
  • Perform periodic KPIs review to ensure relevance to strategy
  • Coordinate with all departments in periodic meetings to define corrective plans to address performance gaps
  • Develop and update business scorecard according to performance reports from departments
  • Develop and publish periodic performance reports against targets and annual plans for internal and external stakeholders as well as ad-hoc requests from the Board 

Skills

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

•  Bachelor’s degree of related field.

•  A minimum of 6 years of experience in Organizational Performance Management.

•  Holding one of strategy management certificates (BSC, KPI-P, .. etc.)

•  Should have implemented Organizational Performance Management System (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) in an organization.

•  Excellent leadership skills as well as in managing resources.
